Terms of Service

By creating an account, taking the assessment or otherwise using Mr. Fino (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Mr. Fino is an educational financial assessment tool operated by RETURNX EDUMODE LLP. It analyses information you voluntarily provide and produces:

• A 0–100 Financial Health Score across six pillars.
• Plain-English breakdowns of each pillar.
• Generic guidance on areas that typically need attention based on your inputs.

The Service is not investment advice, tax advice, legal advice or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any financial product. RETURNX EDUMODE LLP is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information during sign-up and assessment, and to keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service, impersonate others, or violate these terms.

• Do not attempt to access another user's account or data.
• Do not scrape, reverse-engineer or otherwise extract data from the Service in bulk.
• Do not upload data that infringes anyone's rights or violates law.
• Do not use the Service to harm or harass others, or to send spam.
• Play fair in the in-app money games: do not use automation, exploits or multiple accounts to manipulate scores or the leaderboard. We may reset scores or restrict access for abuse.

Your Financial Health Score and first report are free. Optional paid plans unlock additional features such as the full report breakdown, personalised action plan, report history and snapshots, and live chat. Current plans and prices are shown on the billing screen before you pay.

• Payment processing. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never receive or store your card, UPI or banking credentials.
• Auto-renewal. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you turn auto-renew off beforehand from the billing screen on the web or in the app.
• Cancellation. Turning off auto-renew stops future charges; your plan features remain active until the end of the period you already paid for. Amounts already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Invoices. Invoices are issued by RETURNX EDUMODE LLP and are available for download from your billing history.
• Price changes. We may change plan prices or features; changes apply from your next renewal, and we will give you reasonable notice before they take effect.

All software, design, content, scoring methodology and trademarks related to the Service — including the “Mr. Fino” name, logo and the RxT methodology — are owned by RETURNX EDUMODE LLP. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own household financial decisions.

You retain all rights in the financial data you input. By using the Service, you grant RETURNX EDUMODE LLP the limited right to process that data solely to operate the Service for you, in line with our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided “as is”. We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the score we produce is fit for any particular purpose.

The Mr. Fino score and any associated guidance are educational opinions based on the inputs you supply. They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified financial adviser, chartered accountant or tax professional. Always consult a licensed professional before making material financial decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RETURNX EDUMODE LLP will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, savings, investments, data or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold RETURNX EDUMODE LLP harmless against any claim arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any applicable law.

You can deactivate or permanently delete your account at any time from the Danger Zone in /my/settings, or the Settings screen in the app. Deactivating is reversible; deleting is not, and takes effect immediately once you confirm it with the one-time code we send you. What we erase and what we retain is set out in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. On termination the licence in section 5 ends; sections 5, 7, 8, 9 and 11 survive.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be notified by email to signed-in users. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
